Yes, I do commissioned designs! Example of a design: vintage sheet music (wedding song) and favorite flowers. Another example would be a title page of someone’s favorite book and their favorite flower. Have a favorite flower? Let me know and I will try my best to make it happen. It really depends on what I have already pressed, what’s in season and what is available. I love to work with customers on creating that extra special design for someone special in their lives! First step is working with the client on requests for their design. Flowers are then pressed for 2-6 weeks depending on size, type of flower and season. A draft of the design is created & photos are emailed to the client. Once approved, final design is created.

Commissioned
Bridal Designs

  • Currently I do not accept bridal bouquets via mail

  • Bridal bouquets must be delivered to me in-person or arrange for pick-up in the Charleston, SC area (additional fee for travel)

  • Must receive the bridal bouquet within 24-48 hours of the wedding to preserve and achieve the best results

  • Design costs start at $399 which includes pressing your floral bouquet and creating an 11” x 14” unframed design on paper

  • Framed designs start at $479, includes standard glass and you get to choose between a few frame options (11” x 14”); framed designs that include museum/anti-reflective glass start at $549. Custom frame options available upon request.

  • Museum grade glass protects the artwork from fading due to exposure to UV rays.

  • Last minute (less than 2 weeks before the wedding/event) commission requests will incur an additional $100 fee.

  • Anything outside of the typical design (for example: floating frame, larger frame size, adding a photo, etc.) is an additional cost

  • Additional add-ons are available (for example: smaller design for keepsake or family member, preserving groom’s boutonniere or creating an ornament)

  • A non-refundable deposit for half the estimated cost must be paid in advance to reserve your wedding date

  • Total turnaround for the entire design process is approximately 6-8 months with my current line-up of commissions (please keep in mind it takes approximately 4 weeks for flowers to dry properly in the press)

  • Similar to other commissioned designs, a photo image of the draft is emailed to the client and once approved, the final design is created

Shipping

For commissioned designs, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping. Local delivery or pick-up is available for commissioned designs. Ornaments ship with a $10 flat fee on any order. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
